The Role As a Senior Electrical C&C Specialist with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc.
As part of the JESA Commissioning Team, the Senior Completions and Commissioning Specialist (Senior C&C Specialist) works in the construction field performing and ensuring commissioning stage of a project in accordance with the project and company policies and procedures. Ensuring work is deliver on time, with the engineering requirements, quality specifications, supervising the Contractors, Vendor staff during all the Project duration. Participating to the systems, facilities, plant, hand over to final client.
Actively participating and communicating the Safety expectation that zero accidents is the only acceptance result of work performed.
Produce deliverables during CRR4 (Completion/Commissioning Readiness Review Checklist 4). Lead the replication of the JSTEPS across all aspects of the project to maximize the benefits along the project life.
Supervise Contractors, Vendor, licensors to ensure the works, contract terms and conditions are fulfilled and the Commissioning is performed in accordance with the plans, specifications and standards.
Create synergy and trust within the entire team including but not limited to vendor, suppliers, contractors.
Build a strong relationship based on trust and communication with the Client to allow for the easy resolution of issues.
Developing and implementing turnover, preservation, pre-commissioning, commissioning, processes and systems considering and including: contractual requirements, project and construction schedule, reliability, maintenance, materials management and change management.
About You To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:
Graduate in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 12 years of experience and should have handled/successfully completed two project as Electrical C&C Specialist in Fertilizer, Oil & Gas or Chemicals Sector. Should have experience with working in a consultant company.
Hands on experience on Commissioning management processes, Experienced in driving HSE compliances, Knowledge of the Commissioning methods and understanding of the processes, systems and protocols applicable to Fertilizer, Oil & Gas and Chemicals Sector.
Knowledge of safe methods of execution of construction activities and experienced in driving HSE compliances.
Proficient in MS Office.
Leadership skills, Team Player.
Adaptable, open towards learning and development, person of integrity.
