Role and Responsibilities:

• Edit and rewrite Science content for factual accuracy, English language and usage
• Develop manuscripts to match level-appropriate learning goals for subject-specific school textbooks.
• Develop creative, original, and relevant Science content such as lessons, lesson plans, worksheets, assessment questions, etc
• Copy-edit and proofread content 
• Make illustration briefs
• Create documents for typesetting
• Communicate with authors and freelancers
• Ability to meet deadlines and strict production goals.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:

• Minimum three years in a publishing house as a content creator and editor, teaching experience would be an added advantage.
• Excellent speaking and writing skills with a keen eye for detail.
• In-depth understanding of the latest education policies and guidelines.

Qualification:

UG: B.Ed in Education

PG: MS/M.Sc(Science) in Biology, Physics
