<p><span>We are seeking a talented individual to join our <b>Sales Support and Admin team </b>at Mercer.</span>This position is for the leader of Sales Enablement Center of Excellence who will be leading the COE with continuous improvement in mind. The COE support local strategic bid units and sales teams/consultants from across Mercer’s line of businesses, across all regions, to respond to competitive bids/tenders/RFPs. <span>This role will be based in Gurugram. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.</span></p><p></p><p><b>Senior Director - Sales Support and Admin</b></p><p></p><p></p><p><b><span>We will count on you to:</span></b></p><p></p><ul><li><p>Provide expert guidance to shape the vision, objectives and services offered by the COE.</p></li><li><p>Set ambitious yet reasonable targets to measure COE performance and report out on the overall benefit of the COE; develop and prepare status reports.</p></li><li><p>Responsible for day-to-day operation of the COE (local and international locations); ensure excellence of services, best-in-class processes, efficient staffing and training.</p></li><li><p>Counsel leaders of COE’s teams to balance workloads evenly/appropriately across available resources.</p></li><li><p>Connect with local (international) strategic bid units to ensure the COE is meeting expectations in terms of agreed-upon proposals support, and to explore areas of additional support to free up capacity for these SBUs.</p></li><li><p>Connect with regional leadership to discuss trends in proposal support for various businesses and anticipate needs; plan for expansion and/or adaptation of COE’s support to free up capacity of the sales/consulting teams.</p></li><li><p>Identify opportunities to onboard additional businesses into the COE model and related technologies.
