Main Responsibilities and Duties
Client Relationship Management:
Independently manage important Client stakeholders. Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors. Proactively maintain contact with the main global stakeholders within lease administration and within Corporate Solutions. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of the solutions according to customer needs and objectives. Responsible for commercial creation of new contracts and monitoring the upcoming opportunities to expand the services.
Sales: Be responsible for monitoring, leading and overseeing sales opportunities for Lease administration. Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through actively reviewing opportunities and presenting lease administration solutions to potential Clients. Focusing on winning new Clients and on generating new business. Proactively support new product organization and portfolio product development. Actively participate and drive RFPs/ lead sales negotiations independently in Lease Administration matters. Be subject matter expert.
KPIs & Finance: Manage budget to ensure expected AGM. Ensure agreed on KPIs within the new contract and SMART for Lease administration. Carefully define pricing and proposed internal FTE allocation for lease administration services in order to maintain the proper margin for the services delivered to potential Clients.
Products: Superior product knowledge. Maintain solid network of key contacts within and outside JLL. Proactively maintain contacts with main stakeholders within JLL.
Presentations: Always provide excellent presentations to both internal and external stakeholders which are professional, informative. Independently lead RFP/RFI conversations. Actively take part in any sales calls. Take full ownership over representing EMEA region on global sales meetings.
Education, job-related years of experience
Minimum education: University graduation (Master’s degree)
Job related experience: 12+ years within Lease Administration with the outstanding performance or more than 8 years’ experience outside of JLL in the similar area of expertise (Sales and/or Client Management)
