Job Summary:

As the Information Technology Center (ITC) Leader, you will play a crucial role in building, further maturing, and overseeing our Information Technology Center in Bengaluru, India. You will provide strategic leadership, site leadership, technical expertise, and foster an innovative and collaborative work culture across various IT domains including Software/IT Applications, Hardware/IT Infrastructure, Digital Risk/Cybersecurity, Emerging Technologies, Automation, and Innovation programs. Your primary focus will be building and nurturing a high-performing team of IT professionals, contributing to the organization's growth and success in global markets.



Key Responsibilities

·Own, develop, implement and continually evolve the ITC vision and strategy in alignment with global IT and business objectives.


·Provide strategic advice and insights to senior management, contributing to decision-making and IT investment priorities and close collaboration with global stakeholders.


·Partner with multiple levels of global leaders (at Vice President-, Sr. Director-, and Director-levels) to build robust 3-year Long Range Plans (LRPs), Annual Operating Plans (AOPs) and offer unique value-creating services to global and regional business & functional teams.


·Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies, ensuring the ITC remains at the forefront


·Lead, guide, and mentor a diverse team of IT professionals across multiple levels, fostering an environment of diversity and inclusion, technical excellence, creative solutions development, growth, collaboration, and innovation.


·Oversee the successful execution and operation of software applications, IT infrastructure, digital risk management, cybersecurity, automation, and innovation programs globally and for the region.


·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and address IT needs, ensuring efficient and effective solutions tailored to the dynamics of the different businesses, regions, and functions.


·Build strong relationships with local leadership teams, stakeholders, industry networks, startup ecosystems, and technology partners to drive advancements and leverage innovative opportunities for the company’s growth.


·Foster a culture of continuous improvement, Lean IT, process optimization, and cost-effective IT solutions, driving efficiency and contributing to the company’s global business objectives.


·Play an active role in talent acquisition, performance management, and leadership development initiatives, nurturing top talent and supporting the IT function’s and the company’s overall talent strategies.



Education Qualifications & Experience Required

·20+ years of experience in IT leadership roles, with a focus on regional or global operations. 10+ years providing strategic direction to a multifunctional team.


·Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.


·Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to inspire and motivate teams effectively and with a strong executive presence.


·Experience in setting up/growing an IT or Tech Global Capability Centre (GCC) preferred.


·Strong visionary thinking with the potential to shape, drive, and implement the company’s IT strategies and growth initiatives.


·Proven track record in executing strategic IT initiatives aligned with business objectives and adapting them to meet global and regional needs.


·Ability to navigate complex organizational structures, foster collaboration, and build relationships with key stakeholders at the local and global levels.


·In-depth technical knowledge within diverse IT domains such as software applications, IT infrastructure, digital risk management, cybersecurity, automation, and innovation.


Interest in or aptitude for emerging technology trends (AI and ML, for example) and their utilization for business growth and differentiation
