Join us as a Senior Director, Global Talent Acquisition working out of Bangalore to help us do what we do best: propelling business forward. The global leader of Talent Acquisition is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing and optimising the entire global talent acquisition process to attract, engage, and hire top talent future “Progressors”.  This role will need to demonstrate a passion around leveraging technology solutions to drive innovation TA solutions. This role will also drive innovative employer branding, ensuring the company remains competitive in the talent marketplaces we hire and operate in.   Key Responsibilities:  Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with the organization's goals and growth plans. Advise executive leadership on talent trends, workforce planning, and recruitment strategies. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop the global talent acquisition team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Set performance expectations, conduct evaluations, and provide professional development opportunities. Recruitment Operations: Oversee all recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Identify ways to leverage technology solutions and AI to drive increased effectiveness and efficiencies. Providing strong oversight to daily operations, customer feedback, and global consistency in operations. Drive global hiring programs related to merger and acquisition hiring program needs. Proactively engaging with the business and HR organization to critical skill and pipeline hiring needs. Employer Branding: Develop and promote the company's employer brand to attract high-caliber candidates in locations that we hire and operate in. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create compelling recruitment campaigns and materials. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with executive leadership and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Inclusion and Diversity: Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the talent acquisition process. Implement strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates and ensure unbiased hiring practices. Metrics and Analysis: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to talent acquisition. Ensure effective recruitment technologies are being utilized and effective recruiting metrics to measure success. Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and inform strategic decisions. Budget Management: Develop and manage the talent acquisition budget, ensuring cost-effective recruitment practices. Negotiate with vendors and service providers to optimize recruitment spend. Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Stay updated on labor market trends and regulatory changes impacting talent acquisition.  Qualifications:  Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or human resources, with at least 8 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of developing and executing successful talent acquisition strategies in a dynamic environment.  Preferred Attributes:  Demonstrated experience in employer branding and talent marketing. Strong network within relevant industries and professional communities. Ability to foster a culture of diversity and inclusion. Innovative mindset with a focus on leveraging technology in recruitment.  Reporting Structure:  Reports to: Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)  If this sounds like you and fits your experience and career goals, we’d be happy to chat.  What we offer in return is the opportunity to experience a great company culture with wonderful colleagues to learn from and collaborate with and also to enjoy:   Compensation   Competitive remuneration package Employee Stock Purchase Plan Enrolment  Vacation, Family, and Health  30 days of earned leaveAn extra day off for your birthdayVarious other leaves like marriage leave, casual leave, maternity, and paternity leavePremium Group Medical Insurance for employees and five dependents, personal accident insurance coverage, life insurance coverageProfessional development reimbursement  Interest subsidy on loans - either vehicle or personal loansHealth Club reimbursement
