The Role


As an Sitecore Specialists with Worley,you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc.


  • We are seeking a talented and experienced Sitecore Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development, particularly with the Sitecore Platform, and a passion for creating exceptional digital experiences.
  • As a Sitecore Specialist, you will be responsible for managing, developing, and optimizing our company's website and digital properties to drive engagement and achieve business goals.
  • Develop, customize, and maintain websites and digital experiences using the Sitecore Platform
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including vendors, marketing, and IT to implement website enhancements and optimizations.
  • Manage Sitecore modules, templates, layouts, forms, and components.
  • Implement best practices for website performance, SEO, and security.
  • Monitor website analytics and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in web development and digital marketing.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for website issues.

About You


To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in web development with a focus on Sitecore development and Support.
  • Proficiency HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web technologies.
  • Strong understanding of the Sitecore Platform, including Sitecore CMS, Experience Editor.
  • Familiarity with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Sitecore certification(s) preferred.
