MEET YOUR TEAM


The Development Landscape Management (DLM) department – as part of the S/4HANA Cloud ERP Unit,  is responsible for the complete life cycle management (planning, production and operations) of development landscapes for SAP products like S4HANA.


WHAT YOU'LL DO


  • SAP System Landscape Administration.
  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure systems and infrastructure.
  • Manage cloud-based infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Ensure high availability and performance of SAP development systems.
  • Operation of small to large SAP Development Landscapes (System Installation, Configuration and maintenance of the System Landscapes)
  • Application Development Opportunities for automating the System Landscape Operations processes (ABAP/Scripting). Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual interventions.
  • Technical and operational tasks incl. tracking and processing of internal customer requests
  • Topic Lead / Expert for specific technology area. Also lead sub projects in the Automation of the System Landscape Operations Process.
  • Conceptional tasks incl. continuous improvement of service and operation processes and concepts, e.g. evaluation of new technologies/software to improve automation.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Evaluate and integrate new tools and technologies to enhance the DevOps capabilities.

WHAT YOU BRING


  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration / DevOps, with a proven track record of managing and deploying large to medium systems landscapes.
  • Education:  B.E/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech, MCA
  • Knowledge on SAP NetWeaver technology
  • Ability to provide High level Architectural solutions and roadmaps.
  • Ability to quickly analyze technical problems
  • Interested in processes within software development landscapes
  • Team player in an international set-up with interfaces to many teams
  • Service and customer oriented, self-motivated, and pro-active working attitude
  • Like working in fast changing environments, acquiring, and sharing knowledge and improving processes
  • Fluency both written and spoken in English.
