About the Job

We are currently seeking a Full Stack Developer with 3+years of experience, to join our AI & Automation team based in Noida India.

Responsibilities:

Front-End Development:

• Design and implement user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Back-End Development:

• Develop server-side logic, manage databases, and ensure high performance and responsiveness to front-end requests.
• Implement security and data protection measures.
• Build and maintain APIs for seamless integration with front-end components.

Database Management:

• Design, manage, and optimize databases using SQL and NoSQL technologies.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and efficient data retrieval.

Testing and Debugging:

• Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure high-quality code.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the entire stack.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

ML concepts:

• Basic knowledge of machine learning concepts- bias, variance, optimization, supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning models etc.
• Good command on python ml libraries like pandas, numpy, sklearn etc , Data Visualization Tools like matplotlib.

Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
• Proficiency in back-end technologies: Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java, or PHP.
• Experience with database technologies: SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB).
• Familiarity with version control systems: Git.
• Understanding of web development frameworks: Django, Flask, Spring, or similar.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Experience:

• 3 years of experience in full stack development or a related field.
• A portfolio of past projects or contributions to open-source projects is a plus.
