JOB DESCRIPTION:


Senior Data Integrity SpecialistThe Opportunity

As a Data integrity specialist with a focus on CRM data, you will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and reliability of customer relationship management (CRM) databases, including platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, Dynamics CRM. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that the data stored in these systems is up-to-date, consistent, and of high quality. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential for this role. You will ensure the integrity of CRM data, which, in turn, supports effective decision-making, customer relationships, and business operations. Your attention to detail and data accuracy will contribute to the success of the organization's CRM initiatives.


What you'll do.
  • Regularly review and cleanse CRM data to identify and rectify inconsistencies, duplicates, and inaccuracies
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to update and enrich CRM records with accurate and relevant information, using Zoom Info, D&B, Lists, etc.
  • Maintain data quality standards and implement data governance best practices
  • Accurately enter new data into systems, ensuring it adheres to established data standards
  • Enable end-users and collaborators on data entry guidelines and procedures
  • Verify and validate data entries to prevent errors and ensure consistency
  • Perform routine data integrity checks and audits
  • Assist in data migration projects, ensuring the smooth transfer of data from internal/external sources to CRM platforms
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to integrate data from various sources into the CRM systems
  • Generate reports and dashboards to analyze CRM data, identifying trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve data quality and drive better business decisions
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to CRM data management processes and standard methodologies
  • Use Microsoft Excel for data analysis, data cleansing, and report generation
  • Proficiency in Excel functions and formulas to manipulate and analyze data efficiently
  • Proactive and work or function with minimal direction
Who you are?
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g., IT, Business, or Data Management)
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including data analysis, formula creation, and data visualization
  • Knowledge of data quality standard processes and data governance principles
  • Good attention to detail along with focus on data accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good communication and collaboration skills to work with multi-functional teams
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, including Salesforce, Marketo, and Dynamics CRM is an added advantage
  • Basic SQL knowledge and experience in data management is a plus.
