DataBase Developer with handson experience in PostgreSQL and has good working knowledge using Oracle DB.

Experience on Database Migration would be definite plus

We are looking for Senior Database Developer

You’ll make a difference by:

Mandatory:

• Expertise in Oracle DB Versions - 11G, 12C,19C with hands on SQL, PLSQL
• Experience in PostGreSQl Version - 12 and above with hands knowledge of PL/pgSQL
• Additionally, tools: SQL*Plus/SQL Developer/PLSQL Developer/TOAD for Oracle (minimum two), pgAdmin, OmniDB etc

Added Advantage:

• Knowledge on Migration Tool can be added advantage: Ora2Pg , PGLoader or any migration tools used in Azure.
• Basics of Java, Shell scripting, Jenkins etc
• EDI domain

You’ll win us over by:

• Migration of Oracle Databases to an OpenSource Database (E.g. PostGreSQL)
• Develop and Understands schemas, tables, triggers, indexes, sequences, constraints in any of the DBs(Oracle , PostGreSQl , MariaDB)
• Understand business requirements and accordingly develop and design database models and schemas.
• Knows Database scripting with stored functions/procedures/packages/triggers etc
• Provide optimal design solutions to improve system quality and efficiency.
• Write ETL codes, update SQL statements and create shell scripts.
• Follow best practices for database design.
• Maintain technical documentations for reference purposes.
• Coordinate activities with Team
