Job Description
Overall Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Data & Analytics projects, ensuring successful delivery to clients.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and develop data-driven solutions.
- Oversee data collection, cleansing, and preparation processes.
- Design and implement data architectures, data models and data integration solutions.
- Develop, maintain, and communicate project plans and delivery schedules.
Skills:
- Strong technical background in data and analytics technologies, including data warehousing, data lakes, and big data platforms.
- Knowledge of data visualization and BI tools, such as Tableau and Power BI.
- Experience with data modeling and data governance.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with database technologies such as Oracle, MySQL and SQL Server.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data solutions, such as AWS and Azure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in data and analytics projects.
- Experience leading project teams and managing project delivery.
- Proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions to clients.
Day-to-Day Activities:
- Lead data analysis and modeling efforts, working with clients to understand their data needs.
- Manage project delivery, including the creation and maintenance of project plans and delivery schedules.
- Lead technical discussions with clients and internal teams.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance and support.
- Ensure project quality and delivery on time and within budget.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Certification in data and analytics technologies is a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead project teams and manage delivery.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong customer focus and ability to develop strong client relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
