You will play a pivotal role in optimizing data infrastructure, enabling data-driven decision-making and integrating AI across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a hands-on technical lead, driving project execution and delivery in our growing team based in the Hyderabad office. Projects span dashboards, analytics, and advanced AI use cases.
Collaborate closely with the U.S.-based team and cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver scalable, data- and AI-powered solutions.
Design and implement data models and master data management solutions for structured data (in Snowflake) and manage unstructured data using vector embeddings.
Build, maintain, and optimize robust data pipelines and frameworks to support business intelligence and operational workflows.
Develop dashboards and data visualizations that support strategic business decisions.
Evaluate and prototype AI/ML solutions aligned with business objectives, especially in the area of generative AI.
Stay current with emerging trends in data engineering, AI, and machine learning—and help implement best practices within the team.
Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and technical excellence.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in data engineering, software engineering, data science, or machine learning, including 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with modern data pipeline technologies (e.g., Spark, Flink).
Deep expertise in the Snowflake ecosystem, including data modeling, data warehousing, and master data management.
Proficiency in at least one programming language—Python preferred.
Experience working with large language models (LLMs), embeddings, and building generative AI prototypes.
Experience with Tableau and Alteryx is a plus.
Self-starter with a passion for learning new tools and technologies.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, ownership-driven mindset.
