As a Sr. Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with the highest security standards across the Enterprise. You will assist the Sr. IT Manager for Strategies and Programs for the Global Cyber and Information Security Office (GCISO)You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large amounts of data from various sources to create comprehensive dashboards that will enable leadership to make informed and strategic decisions.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
GENERAL
Compile and analyze large datasets from multiple data sources.
Develop and maintain interactive, user-friendly dashboard and report using BI tools, such as PowerBi.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting outputs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key metrics and reporting needs to support decision-making processes.
Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to leadership.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide innovative solutions independently.
Continuously improve reporting processes, data visualization techniques, and automation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay up to date on BI tools, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Communicate complex data findings in a clear, concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience with PowerBI and other BI Tools
Experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and think outside the box for innovative solutions
Familiarity with various data sources and databases (ex. SQL)
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a forward-thinking mindset to anticipate future needs
Strong communication skills, able to convey data insights to non-technical audiences
Experiences working in a large organization is a plus
Conscious on best data security practices and
Maintain and upkeep proactive measures to ensure the highest level of data security while creating and managing reports
NICE TO HAVE(Preferred Qualifications)
Strongly Preferred
Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and tools
Experience in scripting languages for data manipulation
Familiarity with machine learning models and predictive analytics
Experiences working in a large organization is a plus
MUST HAVE (Minimum Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree
SENIOR LEVEL:
7+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree
