As the lead CyberArk engineer you will be lead to develop architectures, standards, operating procedures and strategies for the deployment, configuration and management of Accelya’s CyberArk platforms.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Expand and implement CyberArk PAM solutions to meet the needs of the organization
- Define procedures for the deployment, configuration and operation of CyberArk on various platforms including AWS, VMWare Cloud on AWS, ‘on-prem’ servers, and networking devices.
- Mentor and train other team members on CyberArk best practices and technologies
- Troubleshoot, resolve and create Confluence documentation on technical issues related to the CyberArk platform.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with security policies and governing auditing entities.
- Work with business units to remediate access discrepancies and ensure timely certification completion.
- Work with application owners and security team to ensure processes are kept up to date.
- Strong project planning skills to accurately deliver as reported.
- Ability to work different shifts as projects require (daily or weekly changes only).
- Availability to work weekends and holidays to meet project deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Identify opportunities to enhance IAM processes and workflows.
- Ensure all environments are healthy, accessible and functional.
- Partner with vendors as appropriate on issues.
Knowledge, Experience & Skills
- A proven track record of developing and documenting standards, policies and procedures.
- Experience in integrating and monitoring SailPoint IdentityNow, CyberArk, Hybrid AzureAD, Workday, Zscaler, and Active Directory.
- Excellent communication skills and extensive experience working with clients and partners.
- Expert level experience with IAM Protocols such as SCIM, Web Services, SAML, OpenID Connect, and OAuth.
- Troubleshooting and organizational skills and ability to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously is a must.
- Experience facilitating user lifecycle events (Joiner/Mover/Leaver) required.
- Experience performing access provisioning and de-provisioning according to documented procedures required.
- Comprehensive understanding of RBAC.
- General knowledge of Networking, Database management, and Active Directory functionality.
- Technical experience scripting with PowerShell or other scripting languages.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive IT positions including user and server (Linux and Windows) management.
- Minimum 3 years of CyberArk administration experience.
