Overview:


We are seeking a skilled CyberArk Operations Engineer to join our team, responsible for the operational support of our CyberArk privileged access management infrastructure, including integrations with other products for password management and retrieval. This role involves managing day-to-day activities such as vault server installation, configuration, health monitoring, upgrades, and seamless integration with various third-party systems for enhanced password management capabilities. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the security, availability, and interoperability of our privileged account management environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Install, configure, and maintain CyberArk vault server infrastructure, ensuring compatibility and seamless integration with third-party systems for password management and retrieval.


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify integration requirements and design solutions that meet business needs while adhering to security and operational standards.


  • Configure and maintain integrations between CyberArk and other password management products, such as Active Directory, LDAP, SSO solutions, and cloud-based identity providers.


  • Monitor the health and performance of integrated systems, troubleshooting issues and optimizing configurations to ensure smooth operation.


  • Develop custom scripts and automation workflows to streamline password management processes and enhance system interoperability.


  • Participate in the planning and execution of software upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities for CyberArk and integrated systems, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.


  • Collaborate with IT Security teams to implement and enforce security policies and best practices for password management across integrated systems.


  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and IT teams on password management integrations, troubleshooting issues and providing recommendations for optimization.


  • Develop and maintain documentation for integration configurations, procedures, and best practices, ensuring knowledge transfer and continuity of operations.


  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in password management and privileged access management, proactively identifying opportunities for integration improvement and optimization.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).


  • Previous 1+ year of experience working with CyberArk privileged access management solutions in an operational support role, with a focus on integrations with other password management products.


  • Familiarity with CyberArk components such as EPV, CPM, PSM, and PTA, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.


  • Experience integrating CyberArk with other products for password management and retrieval, such as Active Directory, LDAP, SSO solutions, and cloud-based identity providers.


  • Strong scripting skills in languages such as PowerShell or Python, with the ability to develop custom scripts and automation workflows for integration purposes.


  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues related to integrations and interoperability.


  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.


  • Relevant certifications such as CyberArk Certified Trustee (CCT), CyberArk Certified Defender (CCD), or certifications related to password management and identity management solutions are a plus.


  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for tasks and responsibilities.


  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies in the field of privileged access management and password management integrations.
