Job Description

Thomson Reuters Customer Trust team is looking for an experienced individual to support the evolving customer compliance program across both Thomson Reuters software solutions and customer facing products globally. The Customer Trust team is responsible for delivering critical security responses, leveraging key authoritative sources and working with a variety of stakeholders for the successful completion of third-party security questionnaires, document requests, audit requests, security calls and other security inquiries. The Senior Customer Trust Analyst directly helps support the growth of the business by helping our customers understand the security posture of Thomson Reuters along with supporting the products that the clients procure. This is a fast-paced role on a high performing team that has a large amount of visibility within the larger Information Security Risk Management team.


About the role:
In this opportunity as Customer Trust Analyst, you will: ​Coordinate and respond to customer inquiries focusing on Thomson Reuters Information Security posture


  • 7+ years of Experience in Information Security and Compliance


  • Consistently deliver accurate security responses and services.
  • Collaborate with domain experts, peers, partners, and business/tech leaders.
  • Partner with stakeholders to collect data for improving customer experience.
  • Populate internal knowledge tools with structured product information.
  • Achieve business and departmental goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships to enhance risk awareness and compliance.
  • Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
  • Perform additional defined activities.

About You:


  • Deliver responses and services of inquiries consistently and accurately
  • Collaborate with domain experts, peers and partners; and business or technology leaders across the Thomson Reuters enterprise
  • Partner with stakeholders and team members to collect and track process data to improve customer experience with Thomson Reuters
  • Populate the internal knowledge management tool with product-level information in a structured approach to enable data mining by partnering with stakeholders
  • Contribute to and achieve business and departmental goals and objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to improve risk awareness and compliance as a subject matter expert
  • Identify process improvements and automation opportunities to simplify, standardize and improve compliance across Thomson Reuters
  • Deliver additional activities as defined
