Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Draft, review, negotiate and advise on a wide variety of commercial customer and vendor contracts, including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, software licensing agreements, MOUs and other commercial agreements (with focus on technology contracts) and other complex commercial, technology, and strategic partnership agreements, Data Privacy agreements.
  • Coordinate with external legal counsels across jurisdictions for advice on local laws and regulations relating to our business and other functions like HR and Finance.
  • Coordinate with key internal stakeholders across jurisdictions and proactively provide counsel, strategic guidance and value-added support on legal issues (including related to data protection, trade sanction regulation and on the potential legal implications of any significant matters pertaining to the operations of the business).
  • Review, update, and creation of templates and policies, working with stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Keeping up with current changes on all relevant areas of laws and contributing to the enhancement of the knowledge base of the companys legal function.
  • Providing advisory services in reviewing policies, and other mandates, to ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements, mitigating reputational risk, and reducing exposure to legal liability
  • Represent the organization in legal proceedings, including negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.

Skill set Requirement:


  • Educational Qualification - LLB
  • Relevant Experience - 8-12 Years
  • Contract /Agreement Drafting Skill
  • Negotiation skill
  • Willingness to explore other areas of legal work like supporting HR, Finance and Real Estate function
  • Advanced knowledge of State and Central laws and rules
  • Understanding of Regulatory Environment
  • Managing Internal Stakeholder
  • Attention to detail
  • Strategic thinking combined with effective business judgment.
