Position Overview


The Senior Content Specialist is a tech-savvy and customer-focused professional with exceptional content and project management skills. This role demands accountability, a solutions-oriented mindset to identify root causes beyond symptoms, and the ability to provide data-driven insights and recommendations. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with globally dispersed teams to create and optimize content that enhances Autodesk’s customer experience.


Responsibilities


  • Knowledgebase Program Administration


    • Capture meeting notes and prepare key information for cascading to relevant stakeholders
    • Follow up on action items, pull operational KPIs, and maintain enablement materials to support contributors in creating high-quality technical content
  • Article Optimization


    • Edit existing articles, create new content, and oversee article reviews
    • Leverage visual content creation skills, such as developing eBooks, infographics, or videos, when necessary
  • Project Coordination


    • Coordinate projects, monitor timelines, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
  • Operational Maintenance


    • Manage operational email group distributions and maintain Slack memberships to ensure smooth communication
  • SEO and Technical Audits


    • Conduct regular SEO health checks and technical audits to identify and implement improvements in content quality and visibility

Minimum Qualifications


  • Content Creation Expertise


    • Comprehensive knowledge of content creation principles, methodologies, and best practices
  • Communication Skills


    • Excellent written and verbal English skills to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Collaboration


    • Proven ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional and global teams
  • Data Analysis


    • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make actionable recommendations for content improvements
  • Continuous Learning


    • A proactive approach to learning and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in knowledge management and content strategy

Preferred Qualifications


  • Customer Experience and Knowledge Management


    • Experience in customer-facing roles or knowledge management practices
  • Visual Content Production


    • Expertise in creating visual content, including infographics, videos, and other multimedia
  • Autodesk Product Knowledge


    • Familiarity with Autodesk products and solutions is advantageous
