You’ll make a difference by:
- You will play the role of an enabler to help us develop a strong project management team who can deliver projects as per the customer expectation while leveragingglobal platforms, tools and a connected community of likeminded individuals.
- Forecast Revenue & Cash flow/Payment Collections.
- Co-ordination with respective stake holders on Engineering, Project Management, Commissioning, SCM, Costing and Estimation and vendor management.
- Driving towards Timely, Profitable and Quality delivery of Projects.
- Monitor, Review / Analysis & Report on the project progress includes.
- Project Cost planning tracking.
- Regular Review on UOV, Debtors etc..
- Contracts Procurement management in coordination with Internal team.
- Statutory approval coordination.
- Coordination with Architects, consultants etc.,
- Project Schedule planning tracking.
- Engineering Skill Set.
- Work together with the Commercial Project Manager to ensure achievement of set targets with due professional care.
- Actively communicate with customer's representatives and manages in order to solve commercial issues involving site visits as and when required.
- Supporting the Commercial Project Manager in all commercial and legal issues, developing strategies and response activities.
- Provide accurate and timely costs and cash flow forecasting.
- Together with the CPM, proactively sets up an efficient Contract and Claim management mechanism.
- Participating in negotiations, Bid management and interpreting and implementing contracts in the project.
- Collaborating in the final project report and summarizing any lessons learned, including feedback to the organization.
Your success is grounded in:
- The candidate should have minimum experience of 5-8 years handling project business in any Siemens Operating Company with Bachelors / Post graduate degree in Electrical Engineering and/or subsequent qualification.
- Reporting of Status to management.
- Innovative, self-driven and disciplined.
- Analytical ability and Problem-solving skill.
- Strong Communication and Presentation Skillswith Excellent command over English. German skills are an advantage.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (Expert knowledge of Excel) and other Project Scheduling & Reporting tools.
- PM Certification – “S” / “C” Category would be an added advantage.
- In case you do not have “S” or “C” Category PM certification but have worked on small or ‘C’ projects and possess adequate skill Set, growth mindset and sound communication skill.
- You will act as the sole point of contact for the international project team/ Project head and the Client representative, and Lead Day to Day communication between the project team and the clients (and Alliance partners, if applicable), establishing and maintaining a positive working relationship.
