Introduction to Role:
Join our team as a Systems Analyst - Operations, a pivotal role in our significant SAP S/4 programme. You will be at the heart of our transformation journey, managing changes to our integrated application landscape. Accountabilities:
Your responsibilities will include application impact assessment, application change delivery, stakeholder analysis & change, and supporting continuous improvement. You will collaborate with various levels of business partners, process owners, internal SAP team/non SAP application support teams, and IT Architecture, Delivery and Support to ensure clear understanding of requirements and effective testing.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Formal certification in business analysis practice preferred
- Professional experience as a Business Analyst preferred
- Experience working with applications supporting the Operations Functional area
- Knowledge of ERP data, MDG, APO preferred and some supply chain knowledge
- Experience of successfully using business analysis tools/techniques to enable business change
- Engagement, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including excellent presentation and influencing skills
- Experience of virtual collaboration to lead, shape and develop innovative solutions
- Experience of working with third party suppliers/vendors
Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Experience with AstraZeneca Operations applications
- Experience designing and creating automatic dashboards (Power BI), tools to keep an up to date inventory list of the applications
- Bachelor’s Degree required (or equivalent)
