This role is associated with the Rights Management Compliance and Audit team and involves checks and balances across various audit metrics. The individual in this role will play a critical part in ensuring compliance during the audit processes, particularly with 3rd party data providers. The role offers a range of opportunities for professional growth and development in the compliance space, with a focus on mitigating issues before they become known, thus preventing reputational damage and excessive restitution costs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the development and implementation of effective compliance strategies to mitigate financial and reputational damage.
2. Coordinate cross-functional tasks to ensure that audit processes are efficient, and timely.
3.Continuously improve understanding of rights management, compliance regulations, and audit procedures to help in the team success.
4. Provide regular updates on audit progress and any identified risks to relevant collaborators.
5. Support the maintenance of documentation and tracking systems for compliance audits and related activities.
