TheRole:Customer Operations Analyst – Financial Risk Analytics, C&RS
The Team: We are looking for self-driven individuals with great problem solving and analytical skills to fill aposition in the Financial Risk Analytics Customer Success & Managed Services group. The successful candidate will be responsible for running and providing day to day customer operations for our services, based on our suite of products. Client service experience is a key priority for the firm. Candidates must be passionate about delivering excellence and best-in-class customer satisfaction.
The Impact: The Customer Operations team delivers the management and delivery of BAU risk analytics services for a global suite of customers on a 24/7 basis, working closely with the customer-facing consultants, providing service support, analysis continually look for solutions to reduce cost-of-service delivery throughimproving efficiencies.

Responsibilities:
Running and monitoring client runs investigate to ensure they are within SLAs, troubleshooting errors and work with internal groups to provide resolution.
Integration engineering activities, working closely with internal teams for system enhancements and performance analysis.
Perform testing to ensure the product in UAT, pre-prod environment emulate the same design setup in the production environment as well.
Management of operational data updates and service metrics for customer reporting
Identify and track system issues, partnering with technology teams to ensure delivery.
What We’re Looking For:
Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Computer Scienceor technology based- discipline preferred.
Experience in cloud technology, ideally AWS, but GCP/Azure also valued, with experience with REST APIs/JSON/XML; Kubernetes experience valued.
Experience with operational framework, control framework or production support, including ITIL, SOC/SOC2, etc.
Data analysis and Python scripting experience.
