Working alongside Business Development and CT Licensing Managers, this role explores and develops new business growth opportunities within Catalyst Technologies each individually with potential to deliver significant annual revenue within a 5-10 year time frame.
Develop and implementing the Sustainable Fuels and Chemicals strategy and stakeholder engagement plans
Development of suitable external partner and customer relationships globally
Support the marketing strategy execution for Sustainable Fuels and Chemicals
Growing and delivering on a pipeline of Sustainable Fuels and Chemicals sales opportunities globally
Negotiation of often complex, licence, sales and collaboration agreements
Managing internal relationships and working with multidisciplinary teams across Catalyst Technologies and BD&I
Engineering or scientific background and experience
A good understanding of Process Technology Licensing and/or Syngas Production Technology
An understanding of or experience in, complex, multi-stage, multi stakeholder business development or sales processes
Proven ability to plan, balance competing priorities of multiple project as well as meet objectives and targets
Excellent communication skills and ability work independently
Ability to influence teams and work in a matrix organization
Strong commercial aptitude, and a bias towards action
Experience in the chemical or energy industries
