Real Estate Analyst partners with Business ,Procurement, Product, Services and other stakeholders to define, develop, improve and implement CRE (Corporate Real Estate) data management framework and processes. Analyzes, interprets and documents CRE requirements and works with cross functional teams to ensure delivery of projects. Conducts process fit / gap analysis, identifies and estimates change requests and guides stakeholders in coordinating requirements and process application.
