Job Summary:
- As a Senior Business Analyst within our Consumer Bank Distribution Network team, you will have the opportunity to support all new build, relocation, consolidation, and other real estate related projects nationally.

Job Responsibilities:
- Work with the field based Real estate and Consumer Finance teams in the preparation and production of business case funding documents for presentation to senior management.
- Assemble budgets, floor plans, financial modelling results, maps, aerials, and other supporting documentation. Support & manage any additional requirement that may arise based on business need
- Participate in weekly planning calls with field real estate and other partners in the review and scheduling of business cases for presentation.
- Reporting of business case process status throughout real estate approval process
- Utilize GIS software to create maps, query data, analyze networks, model branch related activities.
- Work with cross-functional partners to ensure accuracy of content in business cases and meeting of all deadlines for case production.
- Review inputs, such as budgets, transaction summaries, and other assumptions for completeness to ensure adherence to current methodologies.
- Review and edit business case commentary for succinctness and clarity. Provide leadership to staff on development goals while working closely with local leadership on staff updates and BOW
- Manage teams and members as required based on the roles & responsibilities outlined by management. Guide and manage day to day workload and partner expectation
- Ensure the team performance is maintained in line with partner expectation. Drive efficiencies and improvements within the team and process
- Collaborate with the larger group to ensure synergies are utilized and build a robust structure.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Bachelor's degree with experience in MS Office user, with strong Excel skills
- Strong computer skills
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced work environment
- General knowledge of research and problem-solving techniques
- People management skills
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Experience in Real Estate Management would be a plus.
- Experience with and understanding of financial impact modeling practices and results will be helpful.
- Analytical background preferred.
