Job Description
SoHo Dragon is hiring a Techno-Functional Business Analyst with following skillsets which including responding to incidents, identifying problems, Understanding of commercial banking product , and Knowledge of SQL. Candidates should be able to demonstrate authentic passion and be excellent communicators.
- 7+ years of experience as a BA/FA.
- Must have Understanding of commercial banking and preferably Loan IQ Product ( or any commercial Lending solution)
- Gather and document business requirements from business stakeholders and coordinate with vendor team.
- Conduct detailed analysis of vendor product and identify areas for improvement based on business needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and key results.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including process flows, requirements specifications, user stories and data dictionaries
- Working knowledge of SQL programming.
- Hands on experience on JIRA ,Confluence
