With us, you have the ultimate opportunity to gain new and challenging work experiences and create an unparalleled, direct impact.Job Designation: Senior Brand ManagerLocation: Mumbai (On Site)Job Description:Analyse data, draft and execute marketing plan for assigned product portfolio, design and develop direct marketing and promotional material, analyze, and recommend new product launch for allocated products within Galderma India guidelines with the objective of consistently increasing market share, sales and profits for allocated products.Key Responsibilities:1. Marketing Plan & PromotionsScan external and internal environment, draft marketing plan for allocated products.Design and pertest promotional tools of the brand plans with Doctors, Consumers and get the buy in of field force for a comprehensive execution of marketing plan to accelerate demand and sales of allocated products.Roll out market research studies for key projects to identify effective promotional campaigns & get the new brand launch strategy / communication right – to meet the requirements of the target audience, gain strategic insights & communication testing for new launches.Manage the budget for advertising and promotional items.2. Field Support Provide timely motivational communication to the field staff, gauge market feedback and follow-up on successful implementation of the promotional plans and activities.Analyse sales forecasts and relevant financials and reporting on product sales.Conduct field work to demonstrate the plans and gain primary customer feedbacks.Liaise with Medical & Regulatory; respond to queries of field staff and medical practitioners.3. New Product Launch Analyse market research data, identify gaps in product portfolio, draft, and present proposal for new product launch, execute launch plan to launch new products to increase market share.Coordinate the launch programme to external customers as well as employees.Liaise with MTO, Medical, Regulatory, Finance, and Distribution to emerge with quality products supported with appropriate scientific evidence maintaining Galderma standards.4. TrainingAnalyse training needs of the field team, liaise with Medical Team, design, and support training programs to upgrade field skills of the field team in terms of disease and product knowledge and brand strategy.5. Profit Improvement: Liaise with Medical, Regulatory and Finance to explore opportunities and avenues to improve profit contribution.6. NetworkingEstablish contact with regional counterparts of assigned portfolio, exchange marketing information, migrate best practices to improve overall market share (of affiliate).7. ExternalLiaise and co-ordinate with external agencies, vendors etc. for various promotional campaigns, launch plans and various marketing activities.Monitor market trends, and competitors’ activities.8. DocumentationContribute to collating, compiling of documents and submit reports and liaise with corporate team to gain, share, and utilize global learnings to affiliate operations.Skills & Attributes Required:Strategic and innovative thinking: Define and prioritize the insights needed to achieve business and marketing goals. Knowledge of sales tools and techniques, creative skills, communication skills, usage of external tools such as IQVIA, SMSRC/CMARCExperience in pharmaceutical marketing and sales
