Senior Associate, ServiceNow Developer – Pune, India

As an experienced Developer, you will play a crucial role in configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements, enhance user experiences, and streamline IT service management processes. Role Responsibilities


  • Accountable for the timely development and implementation of new applications. 
  • Maintain and improve existing applications/processes.
  • Recommend improvements / provide value adds to the organization processes.
  • Ensure that software functionality is implemented with a focus on code optimization.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate issue resolution with operations, functional, and technical teams.
  • Co-ordinate with various Process Teams to deliver a robust solution.
  • Work independently on medium complex projects.

Role Requirements


  • You’ll have 5+ years of experience with software development with minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development& administration.
  • Proven experience in programming utilizing one or more of the following: Angular, Java Scripting, XML, HTML, AJAX and CSS.
  • Must be a problem solver with demonstrated experience in solving difficult technological challenges, with a can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work under limited supervision and able to prioritize workload to achieve the team goals.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to interact with partners globally.

Technical areas of expertise:


  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform, including modules like Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, Asset Management, and CMDB.
  • Develops ServiceNow software solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, MYSQL, XML, HTML and CSS.
  • Administration of Knowledge Base and Service Catalog
  • Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow workflows, forms, notifications, and reports.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and integrate RESTful APIs, web services, and SOAP-based integrations with ServiceNow.
  • ServiceNow certifications desired - Certified System Administration, Certified Application Developer.
