Development and driving adoption of reporting framework for performance marketing
Coordinating with various departments to develop and execute campaigns for driving engagement among existing customers

Qualifications and Functional Competencies
Bachelor's Degree in Technology B.Tech
3+ years’ experience in eCommerce/Retail industry.
Prior experience in CRM tools like Emarsys and CleverTap would be required.
Proven analytical prowess in solving business problems using advanced Excel and basic SQL queries.
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
