Dimension and Scope: To serve as a point of contact to our internal customers - LSEG staff base, Learning Coordinators and Consultants. Will assist customers and work closely within the Solutions team to get results. Serve as a Learning associate on queries relating to learning management email /Chat as well as performing learning administration as per guidelines.This position is at level 1 administration support and reports to the Global Learning Operations Manager.Principal Duties and Responsibilities: To input and maintain data on the LMS for LSEG staff as provided by Learning Coordinators, Consultant and Line managers.Timely and accurate data administration with learning processing requirementsTo act as a point of contact for People Solutions, People Operation, Learning Administrators and Mandatory Learning working committee.To ensure learning administration services accuracy to agreed Service LevelsTo ensure that issues and actions are documented to agreed standards and reviewed with People Operation, People Solution, Compliance partner, line manager on periodic intervals.To handle performance and productivity in line with Global Learning Operations Team working practices.To create and maintain any New/Improved /Enhanced process using documents, files and pages loaded on the Internal Intranet site.To provide timely response to customer inquiries in line with the departmental service level agreements.To review the different queries on a Daily/weekly basis with People Operation serving as partner concern point and line Manager to discuss current service levels and identify areas for improvement.Should be flexible to work in 12/5 work environment and on occasional weekends depending on business needs.Education & Professional Certifications:Associate’s degree in related field or advanced vocational training with one to two years related experience; orBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field from with no or some work experience.Advanced professional qualification in Human Resources highly desirable.Candidate Profile: Preferred skills for the roleAt least one year or lesser work experience in corporate.Good Fluency/command over verbal and written communication in English with a neutralized accent.Ability to work independently, handling incoming and outgoing workload daily.Good organizational skills and Good teammate.Ability to interface professionally at all levels, both internally and with the employees and Learning Consultant and Coordinators.Ability to work well with challenges.Communication skills concise and precise, good listening, conflict assessment/management.Must have proficiency with various software applications programs including MS WORD, PPT, especially EXCEL - handle spreadsheets/workbooks, VLOOKUP, Pivots, compare, merge. Working knowledge of MS access.Skills within the team.Customer- centric attitude with focus on enablement of distributed learning teams. Ability to inspire customer experience.Strongly collaborative approach with peer group and highly communicative, Motivate inspiring culture.Fully accountable and drives culture of accountability.Strong in Problem solving, Analytical thinking and Reasoning, orientation towards continuous improvementEnvironment, Physical & Other Requirements:Ability to perform low and medium level activity work at a computer/telephone station in an office environment and Work from home, hybrid in current situation.
