What you will do
Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will focus on supporting and managing the OrgVue capability to enhance Workforce Strategy and Planning processes. As a part of our Internal SAFe Agile product team, you will play a key role in deploying and sustaining OrgVue, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of the business. Collaborate with HR and business key collaborators to deploy and manage the OrgVue capability, ensuring it aligns with Workforce Strategy and Planning requirements.
Partner with multi-functional business units, vendors, and IT teams in the development, testing, and roll-out of OrgVue enhancements and new integrations.
Serve as the primary configuration resource, ensuring the platform is optimized for workforce planning and analytics.
Document and maintain work processes, including design decisions, configuration rationale, and system modifications, to ensure transparency and efficiency.
Oversee and monitor critical path activities related, resolving or advancing issues to maintain project timelines.
Apply Amgen’s Information Security and Privacy policies to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of workforce data.
Collaborate with Organisational Change to address organizational readiness, including training and communication needs for OrgVue users.
What we expect of you

Basic Qualifications:
Master’s degree and 1 to 3 years of Information Systems and OrgVue or similar workforce planning and scenario modeling platforms experience OR
Bachelor’s degree and 3 to 5 years of Information Systems and OrgVue or similar workforce planning and scenario modeling platforms experience OR
Diploma and 7 to 9 years of Information Systems and OrgVue or similar workforce planning and scenario modeling platforms experience
Preferred Qualifications:
A combination of practitioner and consulting experience is preferred, with a focus on workforce planning and analytics solutions.
Deep understanding of workforce planning processes and systems implementation, particularly within OrgVue or similar platforms.
Ability to conceptualize the impact of system changes and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities, with a consistent track record of successful issue resolution.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work closely with HR and IT teams.
Experience thriving in a fast-paced, agile environment where multi-tasking and prioritizing are necessary.
