About the department
People Operations GBS is part of Global People and Organization (GP&O), responsible for global functions like Employee Data Management, Total Rewards, Global Mobility, GxP training, Master Data Management, Reporting and Analytics. People Operations GBS plays a key role in driving a Global P&O strategy. The department is known for its collaborative and dynamic atmosphere, with team members working closely together to achieve common goals. The job is based at our headquarters, where you will be part of a vibrant and supportive team.


The position
As a Senior Associate I at Novo Nordisk, you will:


  • Gather requirements for new templates building as part of the scope identified.
  • Document technical details for new template build. Develop, test, and deploy templates in an agile way.
  • Maintain templates in a structured way in various staging environments. Support existing templates for RSC/EDM as and when incident cases are reported.
  • Act as SME for Template Design ideas and QC activities performed by junior template developers. Handle user stories assigned from the product backlog.
  • Work closely with relevant stakeholders and Agile team to ensure flow.
  • Ensure stories are delivered according to agreements (Definition of Done). Contribute to Agile team events.

Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:


  • 4+ years of relevant experience, preferably in an international HR Shared Service Centre.
  • Experience in ERP system (SAP HR / EC) as an end user on Org management and Personal Administration.
  • Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
  • Ownership of assigned tasks even in challenging situations.
  • Service-minded and quality-conscious with attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude towards learning new tools, processes, concepts, and skills.
  • High degree of integrity.
