As a Senior Associate in Deposit Pricing team, you will play a key part in the Banking Practice and be empowered to drive key initiatives to completion and be accountable to delivering on the strategic imperatives of the Banking business.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and institutionalize process to maintain an analytical source of truth for deposits data – account/client attributes & performance every month, for new and existing book.
- Help create/refresh/maintain the pricing strategy for all lending products for GPB’s global deposit business.
- Analyze prevailing pricing across different clients/products in the book & recommend potential rate changes and analysis at regularly scheduled forums.
- Own intent in technology projects to revamp pricing screens, controls & deposit placement tickets, increase efficiency and build more data controls.
- Design, build and maintain models and workflows to evaluate the impact of pricing changes on existing & new book volumes and net interest income, defining incremental profitability.
- Drive active partnership & collaboration with other business lines to understand their pricing strategy and align/re-align where necessary.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- 7+ years of experience within financial services, supporting the Banking business.
- Financial services/lending & treasury background in Wealth Management.
- Structured problem solving – Identify issues, define clear problem statements, arrive at hypotheses, develop frameworks, pull data to unambiguously prove or disprove these hypotheses.
- Ownership of issues to resolution and knowing when to seek help/escalate.
- Storyboarding & Presentation – Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate problem-solving approach, framework and recommendations.
- Data & Quantitative analysis – Strong proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, R, Python, SAS, Tableau, Alteryx
- Intellectual curiosity – demonstrated eagerness/aptitude to learn about global macroeconomics, short-term yield trends, recent developments in analytical modelling that study client behaviour.
- Team player with positive attitudes towards new tasks, dealing with obstacles in daily tasks, details oriented and willingness to put in additional efforts.
