Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities  

  • Strong conceptual understanding of the Retail process and Supply Chain Domain. 
  • ILS 2009 support experience is mandatory and working knowledge in UI / DB
  • Good understanding of integration with various applications.
  • Have crisp understanding and creation experience of configuration of a WH env.
  • Experience with MS SQL Server databases - SQL: queries, stored procedures, Triggers, performance Tuning. 
  • Resolving tickets in timely manner within SLA.
  • Collaborates with Service Desk, Enterprise Solutions and other Operations Support Teams to extend the support capabilities of the BY platform.
  • Provides support expertise in establishing processes and procedures to ensure standards are followed.
  • Develops and documents standard operating procedures (SOP) - KMDB, best practices and support documentation where required.
  • Available for 24 x 7 support as necessary.
  • Available for periodic off-hours work required including weekends and holidays.
  • Should be able to represent in the day to day activities daily huddle meeting, Issue War rooms.. etc. 
  • Identifying service improvement opportunities and automation ideas. 
  • Responsible for status reporting and maintaining key metrices.
