Senior AP Product Manager Concentrates and Disinfectants

Location: Bangkok/Singapore/India/Malaysia

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Organize regular requirement meetings for Commercial leads AP and Regional Marketing AP with VS Marketing Manager

• Leads on change requirements and continuously managing portfolio density and revenue / margin for AP in alignment with VS Marketing Manager

• Collaborate with Procurement function and Traded Goods Product Manager on market requirements

• Lead AP execution of Global Disinfectant Strategy

• Deep understanding of competition and develop FME strategy accordingly in AP
• Collaborate with Global Marketing and regions to support marketing campaigns and aligned roadmaps for AP region

• SME to respond to customer queries (e.g. features, tender related etc.) for region AP

• Co-own business case with Global Marketing and Finance partner for new product initiatives in AP and collaborate with Product Group / Design Owners to deliver on time

Critical Deliverables:

• Portfolio strategy 2030 and supporting business case

• Competitive analysis for AP

• WAVE initiatives to consolidate Concentrate portfolio / implement sourcing strategy for Bloodlines
• Product development roadmaps, new product initiatives, major customer systems

Job Requirements:

• Business or engineering degree (business preferred)
• 5-10 years of experience within concentrate or dialysis business
• Excellent analytical skills, communication skills and motivating others

• Leadership experience in multifunctional teams and / or project groups
