Organize regular requirement meetings for Commercial leads AP and Regional Marketing AP with VS Marketing Manager
Leads on change requirements and continuously managing portfolio density and revenue / margin for AP in alignment with VS Marketing Manager
Collaborate with Procurement function and Traded Goods Product Manager on market requirements
Lead AP execution of Global Disinfectant Strategy
Deep understanding of competition and develop FME strategy accordingly in AP
Collaborate with Global Marketing and regions to support marketing campaigns and aligned roadmaps for AP region
SME to respond to customer queries (e.g. features, tender related etc.) for region AP
Co-own business case with Global Marketing and Finance partner for new product initiatives in AP and collaborate with Product Group / Design Owners to deliver on time
Critical Deliverables:
Portfolio strategy 2030 and supporting business case
Competitive analysis for AP
WAVE initiatives to consolidate Concentrate portfolio / implement sourcing strategy for Bloodlines
Product development roadmaps, new product initiatives, major customer systems
Job Requirements:
Business or engineering degree (business preferred)
5-10 years of experience within concentrate or dialysis business
Excellent analytical skills, communication skills and motivating others
Leadership experience in multifunctional teams and / or project groups
