The Experience:


In today’s multifaceted technology environment, it is an exciting time to be a part of the Finance team at Colgate!. Our Finance and innovative team is dedicated to driving growth for Colgate Palmolive in this constantly evolving landscape.


What role will you play as a member of the Colgate’s Supply Chain Finance team?


We are looking for a qualified and experienced CMA to become part of our team. The ideal candidate will coordinate tasks related to Cost & Inventory and Fixed Assets.


Who are you…


You are a costing and Finance expert - 


  • Have a comprehensive understanding of costing and fixed asset processes.


  • Work optimally within the SAP environment.


  • Examine and analyze period closing activities.


  • Implement product costing for both manufacturing and commercial plants.


  • Supervise fixed assets accounting and handle the capital budget.


  • Handle the costing of new products and implement periodic cost revisions.


  • Calculate, post, and allocate journal entries.


  • Conduct reviews of cost centers.


  • Prepare detailed monthly costing reports and cost sheets.


  • Produce monthly plant performance reports.


  • Assess profitability on a product-by-product basis.


  • Perform simulations and calculations for new product development.

  • Carry out process reconciliations.


  • Conduct cost variance analysis.


  • Achieve tasks in alignment with individual objectives.


  • Prepare standard costs and handle inter-company pricing.


You are a collaborator -


  • Support finance process projects with a focus on continuous improvement.


  • Handle lease accounting activities.


  • Conduct SOX assessments and ensure compliance.

What you’ll need…(Required)


  • A Bachelor's degree is required.


  • Qualifications such as (Inter or Final)/ICWA (Inter or Final)/CIMA (partial/full)/MBA in Finance or other equivalent qualifications.


  • A Commerce graduate or someone with equivalent experience alongside a CA.


  • Over 2 years of experience, with at least one year in product costing.


  • Crucial experience in SAP FICO.


  • Proficiency in handling and analyzing large datasets, along with the ability to develop visualizations using Slides or similar tools.


  • Preferred: Prior experience working with multiple teams, including business engagement across virtual platforms.


What you’ll need…(Preferred):


  • Qualifications such as (Inter or Final)/ICWA (Inter or Final)/CIMA (partial/full)/MBA are preferred.


  • A minimum of 2 years of experience, with at least one year passionate about product costing.


  • Proficiency in SAP FICO is important.


  • Experience working in a manufacturing company is beneficial.


  • In-depth experience in costing, inventory, and fixed asset processes.
