JLL is the brand name, and a registered trademark, of Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated.www.jll.co.inWhat this job involves:Reporting to a Team Leader / Senior Analyst with a team size of 8-10 membersAbstracting critical and key information from leases and other contract documentationSetup abstracted information into various JLL and client database systemsVerifying and cross-checking abstracts, system content, and other data to ensure completeness and accuracyEnsure property, unit, tenancy and supplier setup/modifications/terminations & tenant refunds are processed accurately and within the agreed turnaround timeAssist in the mobilisation and de-mobilisation of funds/properties into/from JLLEnsure that each transaction follows the mandate and is approved by appropriate approvers, in case system mandates are not in placeCommunicate effectively and work closely with Site managers, Surveyors, Suppliers, and other finance functions in resolving queries, issues etc. via phone or emailEnsure 100% compliance to RICS & ISAE guidelines. No exceptions allowedCoaching & mentoring of other team members along with delivering trainings to suppliers and site teamsQuality check analyst and peer output and maintain error logs. Ensure production logs of analysts and self are updated at all timesTrack, monitor and report KPIs at a system / client level periodically, as directed by Team LeaderAssist in month end reporting and MI preparationsProcess daily and weekly reports for multiple sites and ensure all deadlines are met in a high volume and exceptions-driven environmentKeep the Team Leader fully informed of all potential issues, challenges and KPI missesCommunicate with internal and external customers and suppliers, as neededMaintain individual and team production logs as directed by the Team LeaderSounds like you?
