Overview
We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Sponsorship Analytics, to join our Global Business Service Center team. This role will partner with Regional Sponsorship & Marketing teams to analyze the business, marketing, and revenue impact of sponsorship assets. The ideal candidate is data-driven, comfortable with unstructured data, and skilled in analytics and dashboard creation. They should be self-motivated, curious, analytical, and proactive.
Role
• Track and analyze sponsorship performance, providing actionable insights based on data and metrics.
• Implement and improve data collection processes, ensuring seamless coordination with stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on all sponsorship events and deals, delivering key insights.
• Prepare and present reports to stakeholders, offering clear findings and strategic recommendations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to strategic adjustments.
• Stay informed on marketing trends and technologies to drive innovation in sponsorship campaigns.
• Support sponsorship fulfillment activities, including reporting, analytics, dashboarding, and process automation.
• Provide reporting and readouts for KPIs, focusing on performance, impact, and value-added initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery.
All About You
The ideal candidate for this position should have:
• Strong expertise in data analytics, visualization, and dashboarding tools.
• Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple analytics projects and meet deadlines.
• Solid problem-solving skills to interpret data, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and tracking tools, such as social media platforms, email marketing software, and web analytics (Adobe Analytics is a plus).
• Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Proficiency in Power BI, Python, and R is a plus.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
