About your team
Fidelity Global Procurement comprises approximately 65 employees based across India, UK, Continental Europe, and Asia Pacific. The team manages approximately $700m of spend split between technology and non-technology categories. Currently the team is undertaking a global transformation programme to deliver an improved Procurement user experience, simpler and more efficient Procurement processes, consistent and accurate Procurement related data. The transformation will drive significant changes to ways of working within and out of Procurement and will implement multiple new technology platforms.
About your role
The Sr. Analyst, Sourcing Utility will support operations in a team of resources involved in eSourcing, NDA and Contract Renewals services.
The role will require an understanding of overall sourcing process and category considerations while applying common practices for quick turnaround. The key focus is high volume on-time processing with attention on auditability and efficiency. The overall responsibilities being:
- Review stakeholder requirement to initiate NDA basis different FIL entities
- Thorough understanding of drafting and managing e-Sourcing events - RFI, RFP, RFQ
- Review the scope and provide guidance to business stakeholders to incorporate category related questions
- Examine requirements submitted by stakeholders to ensure they are in compliance with contractual obligations.
- Evaluate the completeness and accuracy of forms submitted by requesters, maintaining a high standard of data integrity.
- Working with business stakeholders, reviewing requests and advising on correct sourcing processes
- Support communication and change management activities associated with new and existing tools
- Develop and maintain a working knowledge of sourcing, systems, hand-offs and data analysis best practices
- Continuous improvement in sourcing & procurement process, to make the process simple, intuitive and predictable for end users.
- Leverage prior knowledge of contract reading and Statements of Work (SOW) to assess contractual documents and identify areas of concern / improvement & non-compliance.
- Utilize tools such as DocuSign and ServiceNow for efficient contract management and processing.
- Understand and execute the signing procedures for various types of contracts, adhering to legal and company-specific guidelines.
- Provide sourcing helpdesk support
- Create and maintain process documentations eg. Standard Operating Procedures
- Perform scheduled/adhoc reporting and dashboard activities
- Support in cross functional tasks Contract Renewal.
- Ad-hoc and other relevant works assigned by supervisor(s).
About You
- 3-4 years of experience in Sourcing backoffice operations
- Experience of working in Financial Services
- Understanding of the end to end contracting & sourcing process
- Previous experience in contract compliance, contract management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in reading and understanding contract documents, Statements of Work, and related legal terminology.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
- Maintain a diligent approach to review, with a keen eye for spotting discrepancies and inconsistencies.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to plan, organize, and manage time across multiple tasks and stakeholders, working individually or as a member of a cross-functional team
- Proactive approach to stakeholder engagement at all levels, problem solving, and ongoing development of analytics and insight
- Flexible, action-oriented team player with the ability to attend to the detail but also have the aptitude to understand and address the bigger picture
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence, CLM systems, DocuSign, ServiceNow and data visualization tools
- Should have exposure to working in a global environment with an ability to work with people across the globe in different time zones and with different cultures
