SABE


Sales and Business Enablement (SABE) is an internal servicing team providing sale performance reporting and business enablement support to the enterprise. 


Internal Governance team under SABE is established to identify, measure, assess, report, monitor and control operational risk exposures. It supports business processes while meeting all relevant regulatory and legal requirements. This framework consists of several core components, grouped into pillars, including governance, risk assessment, business and environmental internal control factors, and reporting and monitoring. This position champions the operational risk related behaviors and actions of teams within the SABE business unit and thereby overall implementation and governance of the risk framework for SABE.


Responsibilities of the candidate would include:


  • Provide support to develop the operational risk framework to enable effective risk management in the SABE processes
  • Facilitate the understanding and use of the risk governance framework across SABE processes through regular communication
  • Engage with SABE Functional teams, GSG Control Management and other Governance groups like SoX office ,GRC etc. to design and implement robust controls
  • Conduct independent testing to monitor the effectiveness of control
  • Support SABE functional teams in both Internal and External Audits.
  • Drive robust risk management by proactively help identify areas of high risk for intervention
  • Manage PRSA refresh exercise in adherence to internal policies and guidance
  • Manage operational Risk events i.e. end to end ORE management , developing robust action plan to mitigate risk and ensure timely closure

Business Outcomes:


  • 5+ Years of financial services related experience preferably in operations /operational risk management /Audits 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Risk Mgmt., or related field
  • Understanding of critical operational risk management lifecycle activities and knowledge of archer
  • Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills  
  • Ability to adjust quickly to shifting priorities, multiple demands, ambiguity, and rapid change
  • Must have the ability to influence outcomes and build strong relationships.
  • Strong team player, and self-motivation with the ability to handle multiple work streams and ad-hoc tasks simultaneously without close supervision
