Provides secretarial and related administrative support services to the business to ensure adequate support to professional and management staff. Oversees the delivery of secretarial and related support services to the business under close supervision.


Creates documents using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word to ensure all documents produced adhere to established standards. Prepares documents by collecting, inputting, and transcribing information.


Maintains correspondence and data files to ensure accurate recordkeeping.


Schedules meetings and coordinates setup requirements to optimize management workflow and time.


Takes and relays phone messages to appropriate individual to support high level of customer satisfaction and communication.


Scans incoming mail or other documents as instructed and delivers to appropriate parties in a timely manner.


Maintains confidentiality at all times, especially when dealing with sensitive information and internal policies.
