Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Operations team, specializing in OneStream implementation and optimization. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving operational efficiency, process improvements, and data integrity within our finance function using the OneStream platform.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for OneStream implementation and enhancement projects.
- Lead the configuration, customization, and testing of OneStream applications, including data models, workflows, dashboards, and reports, to support financial consolidation, reporting, and planning processes.
- Analyze and optimize existing OneStream applications to streamline processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance user experience.
- Provide end-user training and support to ensure effective utilization of OneStream applications, including troubleshooting issues and addressing user queries.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate OneStream with other systems and tools, such as ERP systems, data warehouses, and business intelligence platforms.
- Stay informed about OneStream updates, best practices, and industry trends, and proactively recommend enhancements or new features to drive continuous improvement.
- Drive process standardization and automation initiatives using OneStream to increase operational efficiency and scalability.
- Support ad-hoc analysis, reporting, and special projects as needed to address business requirements and drive strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, CBAP) is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), or related roles, with a focus on financial systems implementation and support.
- Proven experience with OneStream implementation, configuration, and administration, including knowledge of OneStream XF functionalities such as financial consolidation, reporting, planning, and data integration.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and quality, combined with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and SQL querying is preferred.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision, while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
