Primary Responsibility: dss+ is looking for an enterprising and outcome focused Associate Analyst. The Associate Analyst will assist the Knowledge Management (KM) team in ensuring the latest and greatest content is available in the global KM repository. Responsibilities include knowledge harvesting, content sanitization and publishing, and managing SharePoint Online sites and web pages for dss+ strategic Practices and Industries.
You will:
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the availability of sales collateral and key intellectual assets for the designated Practice and/or Industry
Develop and maintain SharePoint intranet pages, ensuring content remains current, relevant, and in alignment with established standards and timelines
Sanitize and publish priority content in line with business goals and Go-To-Market strategies
Create and track metrics for the designated Practice and/or Industry to demonstrate the currency, relevance, usage, and effectiveness of content, as well as its call to action
Assist consultants in accessing information related to past project experiences, expertise, or intellectual assets relevant to specific topics
Set up and manage SharePoint workspaces to facilitate collaboration within project teams and with clients
Help promote knowledge management adoption through training and communication initiatives
Mentor and coach junior team members on key projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet or exceed stakeholder expectations
Desired Skillsets
~7 years of work experience with at least 4 years’ experience in content curation, sanitization and publishing at a professional services firm
Effective planning and prioritization skills to achieve outcomes within timelines
Self-motivated and biased towards efficiency and quality to achieve business outcomes
Collaborate with team members remotely, and build strong relationships to effectively support the dss+ business
Enterprising and inquisitive to understand and solve business problems
Other Requirements
Experience with implementing taxonomy and improving user search experience
Experience with implementing custom webparts/SharePoint pages over and above the SharePoint Online out-of-the-box features
