Location- Pune, India
Role Description
The Scrum Master collaborates with all the team members of the team and is required to provide various services to the Product Owner.
- Guide the Product Owner for formulating techniques for effective Backlog Management
- Conducting daily standups for Agile teams
- Conduct Sprint planning meetings effectively to protect over/under commitment.
- Work as Administrator of the Scrum board
- Ensure to carry forward the action items from Sprint Retrospectives.
- Meet individually with some key team members 1:1 as and when required
- To aid the team by eliminating external blockers and manage internal blockers through defined processes
- Regularly analyse the Burndown charts and other planning tools and take appropriate actions to improvise when required

Your key responsibilities
- Using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage and deliver solutions.
- Training, mentoring, and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values, principles and practices.
- Determining and managing tasks, issues, risks and action items.
- Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings and decision-making processes.
- Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements.
- Planning and organizing demos and product/system testing.
- Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team.
- Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders.
- Experience in supporting projects.
- Having understanding of Banking domain knowledge is added advantage.
- Knowledge about the core processes / tools such as HP ALM, Jira, Service Now, dbBuyer, Excel and Power Point.
- Fluent English language skills.
- German language skills are welcome.
