The Analyst, GMNS - Operational Excellence - Monitoring & Testing, will be responsible for developing and improving testing and monitoring strategies for the GMNS business, with a strong focus on driving automated risk monitoring. The role will  support  operational risk identification and develop governance oversight to drive valuable insights and effective risk mitigation strategies. This includes Assessment, Implementation and Governance of Key Risk Indicator Program leveraging Enterprise capability of Smart Monitoring and ensuring GMNS is effectively managing those risks in accordance with the company’s risk appetite, framework and policyA core objective is the successful implementation of the Monitoring & Testing Program in GMNS by collaborating with GMNS Business Leaders, Compliance, General Counsel, Global Risk and Compliance and other key partners and stakeholders to sustain and enhance a culture of winning the right way. The position requires the ability to support global initiatives and participate in special projects across multiple regions and time zones.

Job Responsibilities:


Development, review and/or execution of strategic actionable insights & analytical solutions to drive profitable marketing or servicing actions.


Solving complex business problems by ideation, development & ownership of next generation tech solutions, algorithms, and platforms.


Analyze data to derive business insights and create innovative marketing solutions.


Innovate and enhance existing solutions using big data & advanced analytics.


Build products to bring scale to critical initiatives and enhance productivity.


Qualifications and Skills Required:


·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


·Self-starter, ability to drive insights from data, provide action steps and drive results in a fast-paced environment.


·Creative thinker with ability to learn quickly and navigate through unstructured initiatives


·Ability to work effectively in a team environment with strong communication and interpersonal skills


·Effective in written and verbal communication with partners located globally


·Good Programming skills are a must


·Knowledge of SAS, SQL, Java, Hive, Pig, Python, VBA is a plus


·Knowledge of MS Office – PowerPoint, Excel


Academic Background:


·Bachelor's/ Masters in Statistics/Mathematics/Economics/ Engineering with relevant experience
