Duties and Responsibilities of APO consultant:



8+ years experience  in SAP APO and specifically in DP and SNP modules like DRP and TLB
Proficient in creating all planning objects of DP/SNP including MPOS, Planning Area, Planning Book and Data View
Proficient with DP Macros
Proficient with Time Series,Times Bucket Profiles management
Proficient in Process Chain
Proficient with ABAP programs debugging which reads and updates Planning Area Key figures.
Knowledge in SAP BI and Infobjects, InfoProviders.
Knowledge with SAP SD Sales orders.
Knowledge with SAP Remote Function modules, CIF user exits.


Must have at least one end-to-end implementation experience.
Experience with at least two of SNP Planning Engines – Optimizer.
Must have knowledge on Designing MPOS, Planning Area, Planning Books and Data Views, 
In-depth knowledge of demand planning process and best practices.
Should be able to create detailed functional specs and perform detailed testing.
Strong configuration skills in SNP
Having knowledge on DP and SNP integrations
Good knowledge of ECC modules - logistics impact.
Good knowledge on SNP Heuristics, Deployment, TLB, Capacity leveling and Safety stock planning.
Understanding and working experience on SNP master data.
Set-up and management of the Core Interface. Knowledge of CIF user exits.
In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices.
Should be able to create detailed functional specs and perform detailed testing.
Should have working experience in creating functional specs to work with ABAP.
Excellent customer-facing presentation and communication skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Flexibility and maturity in working in a complex client environment.
