1.Level of educational attainment: Bachelor’s Degree
2.Professional qualifications and accreditations/memberships: Strategic Management/Operations management /Learning Delivery/Project management qualifications
3.Previous work experience: · 2 to 4 years’ experience in the IT.
4.Knowledge of effective learning and development methods.
5.Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices (protocols (e.g. SCORM, xAPI, AICC etc)
6.Experience in IT project management and budgeting
7.Proficient in MS Office and Learning management system, API’s, integration, SAML and IDMS. Knowledge of Javascript, CSS, HTML, Azure, Web hooks will be an advantage.
8.Strong knowledge of Agile principles, frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban), and software development methodologies.
9.Strong organizational skills and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, set priorities, and work in a team with diverse cultural backgrounds
10.Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen
