About our team


Fidelity's Analytics function in India supports the company's global Sales, Marketing, Risk, Finance, Customer Service, and HR teams. The function's main objectives include developing a deep understanding of customers, identifying sales growth opportunities, refining products and services, and developing market and competitive intelligence. The Analytics function works closely with business heads and senior stakeholders to identify areas of analytics, define problem statements, and develop key insights.


About the role

We are looking for a Senior analyst to join our team and help us with the following tasks:


  • Analysis and insight generation: You will use various data sources and methods to explore, understand, and communicate patterns, trends, and insights that are relevant to our clients and stakeholders.
  • Creating ML models: You will apply machine learning techniques and tools to build, test, and deploy predictive and prescriptive models that address our business challenges and opportunities.
  • Dashboarding and storytelling: You will create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that showcase our data analysis and model results in a clear and compelling way.

About you


To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:


  • A bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, computer science, engineering, or economics.
  • At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, data science, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, or other programming languages for data analysis and manipulation.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
  • Experience with data visualization tools and platforms such as Tableau, Power BI.
  • Experience with Knime/Alteryx or other similar tools would be an added benefit.
