We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Analyst.
Principal responsibilities
- Responsible for review and preparation of screening requirements / documents to be sourced from Client.
- End-to-end ownership of a case and pro-active management of the renewal process right from the initial request to completion of the case
- Interfacing with various team members and other functions where applicable especially on matters that involve escalation of pending and ageing cases.
- Update MI ensuring comments accurately reflect the status of each case.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and follow communication and escalation mechanism.
- Ensure zero operational / reputational loss.
- Understand the risk implications of the job and deliver in line with expectations.
- Contribution towards adherence to risk metrics of the team/department.
- Cohesive working with other members and colleagues. Ensure accurate information is always provided.
